Chesapeake College’s Upward Bound program offers motivated high school students from Caroline, Kent, and Talbot Counties the chance to gain college and career readiness skills. Through tutoring, workshops, and engaging field trips, Upward Bound helps students successfully finish high school and prepare for college—all at no cost to eligible participants.   • Eligible students must be 8th grade students who will be entering the 9th grade in the next fall, 9th grade & 10th grade students, and 11th grade students in their 1st semester who meet one of the above criteria attending high schools in Maryland’s Caroline County, Kent County, and Easton High School.
