INTRODUCTORY ASTRONOMY – STAR GAZER BOOT CAMP
This continuing education course is designed for novice astronomers who would like to identify objects when they gaze into the night sky. Students will learn the basic terms and concepts of astronomy and a sense of time and motion associated with observed celestial objects. Topics include: terms, motion of celestial objects, and identification of stars.
Course Fee: $40 (Tuition: In-county $5, Out-of-county $10, Out-of-state $15)

CAKE DECORATING FOR BEGINNERS

REAL ESTATE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES
This course is designed for people wanting to enter the real estate profession. Instruction focuses on real estate subjects to comply with the required 60 clock hour educational requirements from the Real Estate Commission. 100% attendance is mandatory, and students must pass with 75% to complete this course. Instructor Spotlight: Patty Weller has more than 30 years of real estate experience from working at the local Board of Realtors to being a real estate Broker. She has taught the Maryland Real Estate Pre-licensing and Broker classes for Chesapeake College for over 20 years. Her participation in the real estate community includes being a recipient of the Maryland Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy Award, serves on numerous real estate committees both locally and statewide, and is ranked in the top 5% of all state instructors according to the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
