Our dedicated event team at Chesapeake College is here to ensure your event runs smoothly. The Events Coordinator will work with our IT and AV departments to meet your audio-visual and technical needs. Available staff support includes:

Note: Pricing for support staff will be provided by the Events Coordinator during the planning process.

We offer a variety of audio-visual equipment to support your event’s specific needs. Each classroom includes a lectern, computer, projector, and screen. Additional equipment includes:

  • Lectern
  • Lavaliere and Handheld Wireless Microphones
  • Portable Stage (4′ x 8′ sections)
  • Sound System with Microphone (for locations without a built-in sound system)
  • Pianos – Upright and 6′ Baby Grand (Cadby Theater); Steinway D Concert Grand (Todd Performing Arts Center stage only)
  • Campus-Wide Wi-Fi – Wireless connectivity is available throughout Chesapeake College.

Our on-site catering partner, Sodexo, offers a full range of meal and refreshment options for your event. Choose from our extensive menu, featuring breakfast, lunch, dinner, and break packages, or collaborate with our catering manager to create a customized menu to suit your event’s needs.
