LIBRARY SERVICES/ACADEMIC SUPPORT SERVICES
The Multi-Service Center (MSC), located in Room 108 of the Cambridge Center, provides the same Academic Support Services as the Wye Mills campus including tutoring, testing and computer services.

The Multi-Service Center in the Cambridge Center houses a basic collection of print resources. A complete catalog of these print resources and all print, video, DVD, and audio sources available from the Wye Mills campus is available on Chescat, the library's online catalog. Students may request materials be sent to Cambridge from the main library at Wye Mills.
The library also provides many online databases easily accessible at the MSC. These include full text periodical databases, encyclopedias, e-books and newspaper databases.
ACADEMIC COMPUTING CENTER (MULTI-SERVICE CENTER [MSC])
Computers are available to all students and the general public. All computers have Microsoft Windows and offer a wide variety of applications and Internet access. The Center is also equipped with printing and scanning capability.
TUTORING SERVICES
The Multi-Service Center in the Cambridge Center provides free tutoring to students in many curricular areas. Drop-in Assistance as well as Supplemental Instruction for some historically difficult courses is provided.
Tutoring, advisement and instruction are provided to eligible students through the federally funded TRIO Student Support Services grant through the Department of Education. Participants are eligible for laptop computer check-out and also retention grant monies which are awarded to TRIO students based on need, tutoring participation and grade-point average.
TESTING SERVICES
Testing is available during regular operating hours. Classroom make-up tests, the Academic Skills Assessment (ASA) and distance learning tests are administered. Students must present a valid picture ID and arrive at least one hour prior to closing for make-up and distance learning tests. Students wishing to complete the ASA must arrive at least two hours prior to closing.

ADMISSIONS
Admissions and enrollment information, Dual Enrollment program information, career and transfer program information, and assistance with selection of a college major are all available through theĀ Office of Admissions. The office also conducts regular business and community outreach throughout Dorchester County. These services may be obtained through scheduled appointments at the Cambridge Center or the Wye Mills campus. Please call (410) 228-5754 or (410) 820-6058 to set up an appointment.
ADVISING
Basic academic advising and scheduling for upcoming semesters is available at the Cambridge Center on a walk-in basis from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday and Wednesday and from 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. Advising is by appointment on Fridays. Please call (410) 228-5754 to set up an appointment for an in-depth discussion of your academic plan, transfer issues, or to schedule a Program Progress Review (for students who have 45 or more accumulated credits).
FINANCIAL AID
Information on financial aid and grant programs, assistance with federal forms completion and referral to sources of additional aid in attending Chesapeake College are available through the Office of Financial Aid. CAREER SERVICES
The College offers Cambridge Center students individual career and employment counseling, and a wide variety of workshops. In addition, the Career Services Office conducts community and business outreach throughout Dorchester County.
